Christmas Shopping Tips
It’s December ones again! I didn’t notice how time flies by so fast. Shopping malls are getting busier and busier each day as the Christmas Eve approaches. Tis the season to be jolly, the season of giving and sharing. Season for endless parties where the dieters commits mortal sin by ruining their usual dieting routine! Oh well..that’s Christmas. So! when Christmas bell starts ringing it’s definitely time to shop for gifts! I know most women out there of all ages are facing all these shopping dilemma in the world!
Find these Christmas Shopping tips helpful
1. Don’t Wait Until the Last Minute
I know most of us are guilty in adding our own stress level by doing last minute Christmas shopping! It always happens to most of the ladies out there!
Imagine when you shop on Christmas Eve you’re going to have to fight the crowds, choose from limited merchandise, and wait in long lines. So buy your gifts little by little, beginning in November, and you can avoid last-minute shopping fiascos.
2. Make a list
One way to save money this Christmas would be to prepare a list well in advance. Prepare those pen and papers and write down all of your gift ideas. Always take that checklist with you when you go shopping This way, you’ll know exactly what you need to buy and you’ll be less likely to forget anything. Don’t head out to the store only with your credit card in hand. Impulse shopping can keep you up at night worrying about bills!
3. Set a Budget
Are you still paying for Christmas gifts in January and February? Work out a budget and stick to it. Buy only affordable gifts and you’ll find it much easier to pay off your holiday credit card debt. But of course quality does matter! Remember you are giving the gift to your loved ones so look for durable items that will remind your recipient of your love throughout the coming year.
4. Look for Sales
Watch store ads and be on the lookout for holiday sales. You can save a pretty good chunk of money because almost anything you may want to buy eventually goes on sale.
If you’re up to it, consider taking advantage of “After Christmas Sales” to get supplies and gifts for next year. You’ll have to put up with the crowds, but it may be worth the money you’ll be saving and the satisfying feeling it gives.
5. Buy Extra Gifts
Yes, life is full of surprises! There might be unexpected guests coming so save yourself from the embarrassment or of guilt by being prepared! Find some “generic” items on sale that can be for a man or a woman, and purchase a couple of extras. Wrap them up and put a sticky note on the box stating what the item is.
6. Shop Online
If you want to avoid the Christmas rush, indulge yourself in shopping online! But be sure that the website has SSL technology. You definitely want your credit card information to stay secure. Further, if you don’t receive your purchased item, you can contest the charge.
7. Save Receipts
Be prepared for broken items, wrong sizes and duplicate gifts. Always save shopping receipts for 90 days after your purchase. This is about how long stores will allow a returns for unwanted items.
8. Don’t wrap right away
Check your item thoroughly before you thrown on the fancy wrapping paper. Also remember to remove the price tag and other purchase particulars. But when you do the wrapping, remember that Christmas gifts are more than just gifts. They reflect the sentiments of the giver. So save a little money to wrap up your gift in a special way. You can even add a customized note to each family member.
Why Glutathione?
If we notice Glutathione products are now widely promoted in television attracting people or users to buy for many reasons. The most common reason that most people know why Glutathione is used is because it whitens the skin. Well, if you are one of those people then you need to read this. Why Glutathione? Does it whiten skin really?
![]()
Glutathione is a small molecule made up of three amino acids, which exists in almost every cell of the body. However, glutathione, must be generated within the cell from its precursors before it can work effectively in the body.
The presence of glutathione is required to maintain the normal function of the immune system. It is known to play a critical role in the multiplication of lymphocytes (the cells that mediate specific immunity) which occurs in the development of an effective immune response.
Furthermore, the cells of the immune system produce many oxiradicals as a result of their normal functioning, resulting in a need for higher concentrations of antioxidants than most cells. Glutathione plays a crucial role in fulfilling this requirement.
If your aim is to lighten your skin, then you must take note that taking the right dosage is important to achieve that goal.
Things you need to know why you take, how to take your gluta caps.
1. gluta is an anti-oxidant that cleans the liver, takes off free-radicals and helps the brain too (did u know that our brain’s anti-oxidant is gluta and that low level of it results to some illneses and disorders?)
2. gluta is safe for everyone whatever age is
3. the most advisable dosage is 10-20mg/kg BodyWeight to use glutathione as an anti-oxidant and for whitening it has to be 20-40mg/kg/BW. example: 50kg x 20mg = 1000mg. you have to take it with vitamin c in ascorbic acid form to be able to maximize its whitening effect (vitamin e can also be taken for better results although i don’t really encourage you to do so because ive learned that there are forms of vitamin e which are not water-soluble and it may harm our body in prolonged use). it means that you are just taking dosage of glutathione as an anti-oxidant and not as skin whitener (because i assume that all in all, you are taking 400 mg of )
4. it is 100 percent proven that it really works to whiten skin
5. For most people, the first 3 months use of gluta (fortunately for me, this happened for only 2 mts) is crucial for it is the time where gluta is building the foundation (body chemistry re-alignment) and once built this is only the start for its whitening process. the lightening of skin is gradual (speed is depending on your metabolism and body chemical functioning) this is where you will notice that your skin is shinier and healthier than before. after this process, you will notice that your shade is lighter than before.
6. glutha whitens the skin by reducing the melanin formation of the epidermis going up to the dermis
7. there are definitely no side-effects of using gluta, u know why? coz its ability to whiten your skin is already its side-effect
8. there is also no harm in its prolonged use
9. its advisable to take gluta with meal and never take it with liquor or any alcoholic drink
10. while taking this, you wont really become sensitive but you have to at least put sunblock lotion or cream to exposed parts of your body and your face.
Dress up 10 Lbs Slimmer
Not all women are blessed with flattering curves like Beyonce, Carmen Electra, Jennifer Lopez, etc. But wait! should you be intimidated by your extra weight and not dress up to look fabulous? Oh no! don’t cover up your figure with tent dresses! Here are few rules and tips to accent your best features. Promise it’s not hard to do at all, you just need the right judgment and do not force yourself to follow the trends just for the sake of being IN! Remember, you choose your own style and your own trend!
Here’s How:
1. Choose darker colors as the basis of your wardrobe: navy, black, charcoal gray.
2. Use undergarment foundations: from all-in-one shapers to control top pantyhose.
3. Focus on playing up your best features, for example showing off shapely legs with a knee-length skirt.
4. Choose fabrics that don’t cling, avoiding stiff or bulky textures.
5. Use accessories to draw attention to your face: scarves, earrings, etc.
6. Avoid anything too tight or clingy.
7. Make sure you scale your accessories — from your handbag to your earrings — to your size.
8. Add small shoulder pads to sweaters and other knit tops to make them hang better.
9. Choose clean-lined clothing without big embellishment or buttons.
Tips:
>> Prints should be scaled for your body — no ditzy prints if you are large. In general, it’s the space between prints that makes them unflattering, so look for prints that have overlapping images.
>> Don’t shy away from sleeveless garments, especially eveningwear that you can cover up with a shawl, sheer top or bolero jacket.
>> Don’t think that baggy clothes make you look slimmer. Body-conscious clothes that hint at your curves, without being clingy or tight, are the most flattering.
